Brad Templeton was introduced to me by my Attorney. She said Brad was an excellent real estate agent and he would help me sell my brothers home after his death. Boy was she right. Brad helped take a lot of pressure off me with his knowledge and professional industry contacts. Brad first introduced me to an estate sales expert. They came to the house and helped us price all of the keepsakes my Brother had collected over his lifetime. They then advertised the estate sale and sold almost everything in two days. Brad then walked through the house with me and made a checklist of everything we should do to get the best price for the home. Brad then set up the appointments needed to pass all municipal requirements like a dye test and occupancy permit. It was so helpful for me that Brad attended these appointments and then helped me find the professional contractors needed to make the repairs required by the municipality. Brad hired a professional photographer and paid for all of the wonderful marketing, websites and print brochures. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brad, he showed respect and understanding for what me and my family were going through. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a real estate expert!
